Description
A doll who shines brilliantly. Ice refracting light, dancing endlessly. However, they killed their own heart. Frost radiates from their dead flesh. An end to suffering is born from an end to all movement, a beautiful frozen wasteland.
Glaciers specialize in control and motion. As they skate across the battlefield, they tangle the enemy in frozen shards and permafrost. They don’t want to see anyone else in pain, even if it means never feeling again.
Playing a Glacier
When creating a Glacier, aim to penalize and hinder the enemy at every step. You can create overwhelming penalties, or seal away their parts temporarily. In a pinch, you can escape damage with rapid movement, or defend indirectly, but the cost can be much greater.
Note: Glacier is intended to play alongside the Winter Wonderland part pack. While it functions alone, you may find your skill selection quite limited in order to access Freeze reliably.
New Terms
Icy Terrain: Enemy Action and Rapid maneuvers taken in zones with Icy Terrain cost 1 additional AP.
Freeze X: The target chooses X parts to Freeze. Those parts cannot be used until the “Thaw” action is taken. If Freeze is tied to an attack, it only applies if damage was dealt by that attack. Against Legions, instead deal X damage.
Thaw [Action – X AP – Self]: For each AP you spend, choose one frozen part. It is no longer frozen.
